Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about rentals and our answers; Please contact us if you need more information.

How can I book ?

First, please contact us with your preferred rental dates; we will give you our most up-to-date availability for that period.

Our cottages’ reservation calendars are usually up-to-date, but a recent reservation or cancellation can always occur.

Our preferred communication method is e-mail. Your e-mail will be answered as quickly as possible. We prefer having written communication with our customers, especially for our first contact.

During school holidays, rentals are generally done for a full week from Saturday to Saturday.

Please send us your details: full name, postal address, and at least one mobile phone number in case we need to contact you, especially regarding your arrival.

How far are the shops ?  What can be found in Cheverny and Cour Cheverny ?

The holiday cottages are 1.4 miles (2.3 km) away from the town centre with its three bakeries, two supermarkets, three butchers, two tobacco shops, one pharmacy, and seven restaurants. Supermarkets are 6.2 miles (10 km) away (Contres or Blois). To help you plan and make the most of your time in our lovely region, you will find some information books, guides and brochures for both tourism and shopping in several languages in the gites.
